frequently asked questions
Q: I don't have any boxing experience at all, does this matter?
A: No it doesn't. Boxing experience, Fitness levels, Age or Gender have no relevance to your ability to train & learn.
Q: Do i need to have any equipment?
A: No, initially there can be equipment supplied. Once you have found you feet you can look at your own hand-wraps and skipping rope, roughly $10-$15 each and your own gloves from roughly $30 a pair. Excludes remote training.
Q: What is the Remote Training you offer?
A: Remote training is a unique way for people living remote, off the beaten track, or simply time pressured. With the exception of being done via video stream all elements of training, price and tailored program remain the same.

Q: What is the Difference between you and a PT?
A: The difference is quite substantial. Similar in a way to a police officer and a lawyer. While we both are in the fitness industry, my understudy period was 5 years and specialises in strength, conditioning and core related exercises, correct movement, acceleration, deceleration & multi direction movements, boxing techniques and sports psychology, massage and nutrition. It's simply five years as an understudy learning the craft of boxing and the best training methods, as opposed to general broad range fitness studies. Some amazing PT's generating some great results locally, as always take the time to decide what's best for you. Q: What are some of the benefits of boxing training? A: Regardless of experience, or fitness levels, boxing training is second to none. I will measurably increase your athleticism which covers weight loss, increased muscle tone, better agility and movement, and in a way that increases your overall self confidence. |
